On this link you will find my working spreadsheet. This is a rough way to find what is on each tape. Use the tape to find the date, scroll to that section and then find the tape number you’re looking for. There are two tabs at the bottom. One is VHS and one is MiniDV. That is mostly for me but just wanted to make sure you don’t miss them.
I am trying to log everything that is on each tape but It will take some time. If you feel like helping watch a tape that hasn’t been journaled yet, keep VERY GENERAL notes about whats on them and give me a time stamp where each section roughly begins as hh:mm:ss. For example the very first video below (VHS 001) is done like this:

00:18:07 - Wedding Ceremony
00:45:20 - Wedding Reception
01:04:57 - Michael's Sonogram
01:12:42 - Newborn Michael
01:24:37 - Newborn Daniel / Michael's 1st Bday
01:50:16 - Michael Smash Cake
02:00:01 - Daniel Baptism
02:08:19 - Andrea's 13th Birthday
The tape numbers and years don’t coincide. Just follow the year in the second column. If you keep notes just put everything in a word document or a Google doc. You wont be able to edit the spreadsheet below.
